Every Perspective Makes Sense
Every perspective makes sense if we have enough data.
This doesn't mean every perspective is RIGHT. It means with enough context, you can understand WHY someone sees things the way they do.
When you're in conflict, you're usually seeing your own side + your emotions + your limited information.
Emotions color your data. The more you can separate facts from feelings, the more you'll see that people are rarely irrational - they're just working with different information.
